MVP Award Winners
The Player of the Year Award or Most Valuable Player (MVP) is given to the player
who made the most impact as a Chicago Lion on the field.
For the third year out of five, it went to Kiwi flanker Paul
Harpur who
has shown what resilience and dedication can produce, and
a great guy to boot. Paul is the heart of the Lions,
both in defence and attack. He won it again despite continuing
threats to retire. We all cannot offer sufficient thanks
for his stellar performance yet again leading the Lions
through example.
A unique achievement for a unique player.
