AGM/ Awards
We’re changing our format a bit this year and holding a joint AGM and awards event on Saturday, August 21 at the Lions for Hope field/clubhouse at 2427 West Roosevelt Road Chicago, IL 60608. We will hold the AGM at 6PM and follow it with a BBQ and a few kegs. I hope you can join us. The details will follow, but the idea is a more relaxed event and separating it from our annual fall fund raiser which will be held at the clubhouse again after our last fall season match on October 23rd, so SAVE THAT DATE. By the time of the AGM, we hope to have some additional information about the RSL and their spring plans as a number of proposals for “re-invention” having been circulating amongst the members. We’ll keep you posted on those developments.
